I am Louise and together with my partner, Ross, we recently formed RLS Lettings. The primary aim of offering help and advice via our management service to new (and experienced) Landlords here in the North East of England.

Prior to offering our services to other landlords and agents we developed, let and managed our own properties. The few times we used an outside management agent we always ended up having a pretty poor experience. This is what led us to the decision to create our own agency, through which we could offer the same quality of service to other property owners and Tenants that we and our Tenants have enjoyed.

Together we have over 30 years combined experience in the North East property market. In that time we have covered most aspects of property development, sales and letting both in residential and commercial areas. Ross has also been a member and treasurer of one the regions local Landlord Associations. Louise has considerable previous experience working for various North East estate agencies as well as working within our own business.

Over the last 18 years we have personally developed, sold and or let over 50 of our own properties and now wish to share our knowledge and expertise with you. During the 8 years we ran our own personal property portfolio we can proudly boast that we retained an overall occupancy rate of 90% and with a total of over 200 tenants through our doors over that time we only had 3 bad debtors. We are rightly proud of this achievement and will bring the same standard of care and attention to your property too.
